Keep coming back and read this section. Things are getting added all the time! This is the beginning of the website for the Friendship Quilter's Guild of Hagerstown, MD. We will have all kinds of cool stuff posted on this site. Just give it some time and it will evolve. If you have any really cool shots of quilts that would make a good header for our site, please email me at

Our newest item is the Photo Gallery. I have posted photos that Patty Prodonovich provided me of class samples for her three classes - Italian Tiles, Flower Table Runner and Scrappy Play Day. I took Rose Hahn's class - A Day at the Pond wallhanging. Helen Reid let me use her camera since I completely forgot to bring my own. I posted the pictures I took that day. Come see the fun you missed. Maybe that will encourage you to take a different class - they are all fun! Also check out the Event Calendar. If I have been provided with any photographs, materials lists or other information, you can access it by clicking on the event on the calendar. Patty Prodonovich sent me some photos of samples for her class Daisy Table Runner on May 16 and 17, 2008. Check them out - they are beautiful! As more information is provided to me - our website will grow. Please help me out and send me photos of your class samples, supply lists, and anything else you think is important and I will make sure I get it on the calendar. I have started up upload the last several newsletters to the website, hover your mouse over the tab News and then scroll down and click on Newsletter. The newsletters are in Adobe Acrobat Reader format (pdf), so you will need the free Acrobat Reader download from Adobe. If you don't have it you can click here to download it. If you have any links to other websites you think other members might like, please send me the link and I will add it to the Links section. Another option I would like us to consider is a Classifieds section. If you have strong feelings either way, please email me. I was looking over some past newsletters and saw wonderful recipes. How many times have you thought - which newsletter was that in and where is that newsletter? Coming soon - a recipe section so we can share those yummy recipes that have been shared at our potluck gatherings. Some other cool things to come: copy of our bylaws available only to members, current and archived newsletters, galleries of show & tell photos, class photos and so much more. If you have any suggestions for websites to link to, please send me the adderss and I will link to the website. I am always open to suggestions or even help - so don't be shy. I will do my best to give us a great site. again - email me at
